Decluttered – Terms of Use

1. About the App
Decluttered is an iOS application designed to help users with personal organisation and decluttering activities.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years old to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that:
You meet the minimum age requirement
You are legally permitted to use the App under applicable laws
3. No Account Required
The App does not require account creation.
You are not required to register or create an account to use the App.
4. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
Key points:
Only minimal personal data is collected
No tracking, analytics, or advertising is used
Some data may be stored using Apple iCloud
5. Free and Paid Features
The App may offer:
Free features available to all users
Optional premium features accessible via a paid subscription
Access to premium features is not required to use the basic functionality of the App.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Subscription Type
The App offers an optional monthly subscription that provides access to premium features.
6.2 Payment and Billing
Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system
The subscription is billed monthly in advance
Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region
6.3 Automatic Renewal
The subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
The current month is not refunded, even if cancelled before the period ends
6.5 Refunds
We do not issue refunds directly
Refund requests are handled solely by Apple, in accordance with Apple’s refund policies
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the App
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the App
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, design, layout, and code — are the exclusive property of Zoltan Fodor, unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. App Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to:
Modify or update the App at any time
Add, remove, or change features
Suspend or discontinue the App
We are not liable for any unavailability of the App.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free
The App will meet your expectations or specific needs
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues, iCloud settings, or user actions
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Apple services, including In-App Purchases and iCloud.
These services are governed by Apple’s own terms and policies.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes take effect once published within the App or App Store listing.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
