This Privacy Notice for Decluttered ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services") when you download and use our mobile application (Decluttered).

The app allows users to enter a name or nickname for personalization. This information is stored locally on the device and is not transmitted to our servers.

User’s score may be saved to the user’s Apple iCloud account for synchronization across their devices. The developer does not have access to Apple account information.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not store your personal information, it is saved on your device or user’s iCloud account.

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights:

Since your data is stored locally or in your personal iCloud account, you can exercise most of these rights directly through your device or Apple ID settings.

We do not store your personal information and neither we share it with third parties.
